off road parking, lovely walks, central location
The quirky layout of the hotel made it quite confusing to navigate!!! Some amenities felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh to fully enhance the experience. Better directions could also help newcomers avoid getting lost!!!

I loved the superb location of Saorsa House. It felt cozy and welcoming right from the start. Janette, our host, was incredibly attentive and made us feel at home. The room was comfortable with a lovely decor. Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of herbal teas were conveniently available in the room. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great variety of options, including tasty cooked courses after some yogurt, cereal, and fruit. It set us up perfectly for a day of exploring the nearby towns. We appreciated the access to free parking and the Wi-Fi was reliable too. One downside, though, was the absence of a hairdryer in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. some night traffic noise could occasionally be heard, but it didn’t detract from the overall comfort. Lastly, the local pub was a short walk away and served delicious food, just as recommended by Janette. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay in this picturesque area.

Right, we had a lovely time! The room was spot on, comfy as a bug in a rug, and the brekkie was just brilliant, freshly cooked with loads of choice. Only downside? Bit of noise from the road, but not the end of the world. Will definitely be back!
